Ein Familienapartment, kein Portfolio

We bought the apartment because we kept coming back to Los Alcázares. It's not the flashiest part of the Spanish coast, and that's exactly the point. The Mar Menor is warm, the golf is close, and the town still belongs to the people who live there year-round.

We let it through Airbnb and VRBO, but the best rate is always direct. We don't pay platform commission, and we can be more flexible with long stays, mid-week arrivals, and practical questions like leaving a hire car at the airport. We answer messages personally, usually within an hour.
