A quiet escape. Mar Menor and the golf coast

No party strip, no all-inclusive towers. Just a lagoon, a fairway, and Spanish food at a Spanish pace.

Why Los Alcázares for two

It's a Spanish working town, not a foreign-built resort. That means the restaurants are full of locals, the pace stays measured, and the light over the lagoon in late afternoon is the kind people fly to Greece for - but you can drive to it in forty-five minutes from Alicante.

The apartment is on a private golf estate so the evenings are silent. The town centre is five minutes by car, the Mar Menor shoreline a twenty-minute walk away. We've designed this page as a short itinerary you can copy.

Outside July and August, very. The town hums rather than parties. The estate itself is silent after 22:00.
