Family holidays
A safe lagoon, a quiet estate, a short walk to everything
The Mar Menor is the calmest, warmest, shallowest stretch of water on the Spanish coast. and our estate has no through-traffic, a communal pool, and room for four.
Why families come here
Calm, warm, walkable
The Mar Menor is unique: a 22-km lagoon protected from the Mediterranean by a sandbar, with water 3–5°C warmer than the open sea and almost no surf. Toddlers can paddle, eight-year-olds can swim, teens can paddleboard - all on the same morning.
